Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Casa G. Firenze is lauded for its prime location in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo and the train station, with immediate access to an elegant shopping area reminiscent of Rue St Honoré in Paris. Guests often appreciate the beautiful and modern design, spacious rooms, and a notably good breakfast with a variety of options. Some guests have mentioned that certain rooms can be noisy due to street activity, but the overall aesthetic attention, from lighting and layouts to the charming turtle logo, leaves a positive impression.

Really good Experience!

beautiful decor thoughtful details comfortable stay
I adored the beautiful decor and thoughtful details in the room , it. The laid-back hotel lounge was a hit with me. I was a big fan of the honesty bar , and appreciated the great in-room amenities.
I found that there was no one available to help with bags , and there was no staff member on site before 8am or after 4pm. This felt more like a B&B than a hotel. I expected a higher level of service for a 5-star hotel.
Location
10/10
The location is excellent and offers easy access to the train station , so getting around was simple. Despite its central position , the area was surprisingly quiet during the night.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms had a very decent size for a city break. they smelt amazing and were really clean. Interior design showed care with every detail and rooms have an electronic code entry, .
Dining
9/10
I enjoyed breakfast , it was a nice start to the day. Homemade vanilla cake was a highlight and I had it with no regrets. Fresh fruit was plentiful and tasted great.
Service
10/10
The staff was very friendly and helpful , they attended to all requests promptly. The lounge area had a great vibe. It was a fantastic experience overall.

the location proved very convenient. the train station was nearby. the shopping area was fantastic with easy access to many sights. the breakfast was nice. there was a good variety of options.
the hotel didn't offer assistance with bags. no staff member was on site before 8am or after 4 pm. i tried calling around 8pm to request more water, but no one answered. this felt more like a b&b.

unavailable staff limited service
The lack of on-site staff outside limited hours was a concern. I expected more from a hotel in this category. requesting additional water and towels at 8 pm proved impossible because no one answered the phone. the absence of immediate assistance affected the overall experience negatively. It felt more like a b&b than a full-service hotel. this detail needs addressing to meet the standards expected.

stylish stay close to everything

stylish design friendly staff central location
i really loved the hotel's design. it felt very curated and artistic, with nice details everywhere. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with local tips. breakfast had many options including vegan choices. the location was great, near both the train station and major attractions.
the room faced the street so it was very noisy, especially early in the morning.
Dining

breakfast service offered fresh fruit, cheese, meats, breads, yogurts, cereals, and various pastries. cooked-to-order eggs are available upon request in the morning. pancakes and avocado have extra fees.
Location
9/10
the hotel is a 5-minute walk to the cathedral, 7 minutes from the train station, and 10 minutes to the oltrarno area. many restaurants and shops are located close by. a quieter area may suit someone who prefers a more tranquil visit.
